In sunlight, you can see very fine shimmer particles in it, but there is no glitter in it. It has the light reflecting micronized pigments which give very sheer highlighting effect. It does not look cakey at all and shows up beautifully in pictures without giving that white cast on your under eye area. It has silica in it which makes it glide very smoothly on the skin and does not settle into fine lines. It instantly gives a subtle brightness without being too noticeable. I use a very tiny amount of the powder with my fluffy shadow brush and blend it over my concealer. It can be used to set your makeup, but for me, it works really well for setting my under eye concealer. ![]() It is a very finely milled white powder which feels incredibly light on the skin. ![]()
